Tincup Pass is 4 wheel road, from the East it connects historic and quaint mountain town of St. Elmo and on the west side Tincup - a small residential community with many century old buildings. Good run. super fun mountain pass. Didn't confirm it ourselves. Mirror lake crossing was low with no water on the trail. It was one of our best day trips over the passes of Colorado. Saw some moose in the willows before the summit push. The cemetery is unique make time to explore it. That part of the trail looked much wetter than the St. Elmo side.
