We’ve been many times over the years and the new shack is tres smart.Queued for ages today to sample one of the apparent must do's in Brussels. The sauces were spot on and of quality. The frites themselves are good (but… Whilst the frites are nice and crunchy they are really no better than frites at various stalls we've already tasted and seem tone just a Brussels bucket...Couldn't very well visit Belgium without indulging in some pommes frites and this place delivered. Honestly most fries taste the same to me so I'm not a pro, but I did like the thick cut and fresh crunch of the potatoes.
