As a quick note, on the regular PETG profile, the part fan is at 100%. Your settings are pretty much the same as mine. I've been doing well at 1mm without wiping. After turning off wiping I set it to 1mm as 0.8 just didn't seem to kill all the fuzzies.

I personally think this is the best S3d profile I found for PLA if you're looking for one, got it from a member of the facebook group, the same person also did one for PETG so here's one for both since they don't require an enclosure and there's probably a lot of new people with christmas cr-10's looking for profiles.
