The puzzles aren't tied to particular Glyphs -- they follow a set sequence, regardless of the order you discover the Glyphs.

The solution to the final riddle is found on the outside of a mausoleum in a cemetery north of La Madeleine church in the Faydeau district in La Louvre. Search the game's many maps and, with a keen eye, you'll spot a variety of hidden glyphs printed on building walls and out-of-the-way surfaces. In the network of tunnels look for a spot for Arno to slide under to access a new area. Head southwest from the start point to the Place Vendome, where a large statue sits in the middle of palacial courtyard.
There's only one "tower" in that area, but the riddle is a bit misleading - the solution is not at the bottom of it down on the riverbank, but actually at the street level above.
